do you listen to european bands or american/canadian bands the most?

Nearly all the music I listen to is from European bands.

European mostly. I enjoy bands such as U2, Radiohead, Coldplay and Oasis, to name a few.

But there are good Canadian groups out there that I like as well: Our Lady Peace, The Tragically Hip and, of course, Arcade Fire.

The only American band I ever really listened to regularly was Aerosmith a few years ago.

Same here. There just seems to be more diverse stuff coming out of the UK lately (and by lately, I mean in the last year or two).

Primarily European, especially the UK and Scandinavia. I suppose that comes with the territory when you're a prog/metal fan.

I also listen to a fair bit of New Zealand goodness.

Some bands have high playcounts just from when I didn't have so much music on my computer, while many bands I like and nowadays play much more (such as those I mentioned in reply to U2Man) haven't had a chance to reach the top thirty yet.
