But yeah, I've always coughed/sneezed into the crook of my arm if no tissue. I don't even want my own germs on my hands or the ends of my sleeves!

And to think I've looked at the bf weirdly when he did that... when in fact it should be the other way around!!!

We were always taught to cough in our hands to keep the germs away from others... but was never taught this.

You learn something everyday.
And we should all put this on our blogs/myspaces to spread the word!
