Funny this thread got revived. "Switch" just hasn't had the staying power that older INXS has for me. It's not horrible, but there's only one Hutch...

I LOVE INXS! I saw them live twice. Once on the KICK tour and then once when they just decided to tour with no new album (after Welcome . . . but before Full Moon . . . , I think). That show was awesome! It was in an old closed-down airport hanger in L.A., I think called Barker Airport. The sound was kind of crap, but INXS were just SOOOOO GOOD!!!!!!

My favorite songs are:

"Love Is (What I Say)" - The Swing
"This Time" - Listen Like Thieves
"Searching" - Elegantly Wasted

And I love the videos for:

"Kiss The Dirt (Falling Down The Mountain)" and
"Taste It"

Sadly, I guess I only like the "Michael Hutchence INXS" because I never got Switch and I basically consider INXS finished after Elegantly Wasted. I know there were 4 other members besides Hutch, but really he just made the band. Plus, Hutch co-wrote almost every INXS song with Andrew, so really, yeah, my INXS died along with Michael.

So sad. God rest his soul. Long live his music.

INXS has always been one of my favorites sincegraded school....(they were big then ):yikes: ...I feel so old, but they are great:drool:
