digital recorder experts

I'm wanting to buy a digital 8track. Anyone know anything about them?

Look around a little. Zoom has a model 1044 which is 10 tracks, 2 simultanous, & drum machine. You can find for $450 or so. w/ a CD burner built in. These things are amazing. I have the Zoom 1266, and they just came out w a 16 track for about $1200.
