I'm so weird. I usually feel my best after 6 or 7. More than that and I'm just as tired as if I had got 4. which is usually what I get anyways. Today I might get 4.

i haven't been able to feel well-rested with 7-8 hours in forever. ever since i got mono, i've needed tons more sleep.

and i had mono my junior year of high school! that was EIGHT YEARS ago!
