Did this place used to be purple?

I seem to remember the Interference forums being purple instead of the now-infamous blue, like three or four years ago. Am I remembering correctly or was that a different site?

I did not know this place exisited until the late summer of 2001.

i remember coming here when the site's background was black (this was during the pop era, like 98 i think). after the discotheque/wake up dead man leaks, but before the forums existed.
