It's a three way tie: My Mom's cheesecake, her tiramisú and a canoli.

My Mom's strawberry cheesecake is often imitated but never duplicated. Everyone asks her for the recipe but no one can make it exactly like her. Me thinks she purposely leaves out a key ingredient so others can't achieve the same result. She's a sneaky one....
