the laptop is used mostly by my mum, so there is no music or games and stuff on it.

once i connected my ipod to the laptop. and in itunes i got a pop up asking if i wanted to transfer the content.

i think i had my ipod connected to my pc before i did it and had 'enable disk mode' checked.

but im not 100% sure.
