^I heard on the radio that they had a WW1 veteran, I think he met with the Queen in London, who was 109!!!

^Wow.. that is truly amazing isn't it. I think we lost our last WWI vet in the last few years. I think he was 105. Quite something. Imagine all the stuff he'd seen.

I found a link with a picture of him (on page 6)! It is amazing 105 and 109!! Wow! He was born in 1896 and he's Britains oldest man apparently.

Ha! What a thought - I wonder if old peoples homes in about 60 years time will play U2?? Will we all sit around having a singalong to The Fly, Discotheque and such like
