So this was just posted a few days ago, on David Gray's never updated website:

We wanted to be the first to let you know that David Gray has announced he will be touring the USA and Canada in August prior to the release of his new album in September and we're offering you the chance to purchase tickets through davidgray.com before they go on general sale.

From the 14th June 10am local venue time you will be able to purchase pre sale tickets for Toronto, New York and Philadelphia and from the 21st June 10am local venue time you can purchase pre sale tickets for Boston, Washington DC, Chicago, Minneapolis, Seattle, San Francisco and Los Angeles.

Here are the full list of dates with the dates they go on general sale.



1st August: Toronto, The Carlu
2nd August: New York, Webster Hall
4th August: Boston, Avalon
5th August: Philadelphia, Merriam Theatre
6th August: Washington DC, 9:30 Club
8th August: Chicago, Vic Theatre
9th August: Minneapolis, State Theatre
14th August: Seattle, Moore Theatre
16th August: San Francisco, The Fillmore
17th August: LA, John Anson Ford Theatre


This is very exciting news. I just hope to be able to get tix to such a small venue like this!
