David Beckham out of World Cup?

I'm not particularly a fan the English side but I'm a fan of football/soccer. It's always disappointing that the stars are taken out of commission by the oppostition. In this case, Beckham was taken out by a Dep. Coruna player in the Champiions League.
In any case it's just another case of hard luck for the Brits.

Who do you like in Cup anyway:

IMO these are the semifinalists:

Argentina, France, Portugal, Poland

I am the only one that think Beckham was targeted by that team specifically to harm England's chances in their group game against Argentina? Spaniard Diego Tristan tried this in the first leg of the QF and now an Argenitian does this in the second leg.

Wouldnt be the first time they use under-handed tatics against England. I am almost certain this had something to do with it.

Unfortuately they picked the wrong country to deal with and I have a feeling England (with or without David Beckham) and going to kiss their arse come WC time. Its about time they overcame this sort of foul play.

Come on England!!!
