$9.99... not a bad price

really looking forward to this album. as it's a soundtrack, I wonder if there'll be any tracks featuring U2. wouldn't be the first time.

Track list
1 Chest Of Drawers
2 Where Will I Be
3 Here Is What Is
4 Not Fighting Anymore
5 Beauty
6 Blue Bus
7 Lovechild
8 Harry
9 Bells
10 This May Be The Last Time
11 Smoke #6
12 I Like That
13 Duo Glide
14 Bladesteel
15 Moondog
16 Sacred And Secular
17 Joy
18 Luna Samba

after Belladonna, I'm thinking Lanois is going to return to the folksier stylings of Acadie on this record.

edit: interesting to see "Where Will I Be" on there.. the track he'd written for Emmylou Harris' Wrecking Ball

I heard "I Like It" on his homepage once. It made me an instance Daniel Lanois fan where I got "Shine" right away. I hope this album sounds like "Shine" but even better! ;)

Oooh, this is exciting. A new Lanois release is always something to be thankful for.

as it's a soundtrack I guess it means no tour
which is a shame, because the man is outstanding live

it's marketed as a soundtrack, but Lanois has stated that it's his next studio album, like any other. so, this hopefully does mean a tour..

unless that blasted U2 band keeps hold of him
