Personally, I don't like the arguement. She's saying that breasts shouldn't be a big deal, shouldn't make a difference, they're just a body part....but then she sues based on sexual harassment? It seems kind of backward. Like the article said, if she doesn't have the figure they're looking for, they can't use her. I guess it's sticky because it's not an issue of not making the cut, it's an issue of on what grounds they can legally fire her.
