I love the CD Gilt Trip by Steve and Russell Kilbey. It is an all instrumental album.

I also love Film, Remote Luxury, Romany Caravan, Afterimage, Serpent Easy by The Church, and The Temptation of St. Anthony, Loki, Gloriana, and Remindlessness by Steve Kilbey.

Placebo - Bulletproof Cupid

After purchasing the DVD, I had to go out and buy Sleeping With Ghosts just to get this song. And Centerfolds. I already had the singles on the compilation though. Can't say i like the album version of "English Summer Rain" all that much... but that's not the point of this post. The point of this post is that "Bulletproof Cupid" :rockon:s

Funny, I dislike the single version of 'English Summer Rain'. (not necessarily 'dislike', but I definitely prefer the album cut) That, and I think the real version of 'Protect Me From What I Want' is possibly my favorite Placebo song. Sleeping With Ghosts (the album) ownz.

Royksopp - Eple
Moby - God Moving Over The Face Of The Waters
Vangelis - Metallic Rain
The Police - Voices Inside My Head (I consider it an instrumental)
Genesis - Duke's Travels/Duke's End (same with this)
Pink Floyd - The Great Gig In The Sky
Steve Miller Band - Threshold
ELO - Fire On High
Geoff Downes - Video Killed The Radio Star (solo version)
Asia - Bella Nova

Also funny because I prefer "Protege Moi"

But yes, the whole album is

Teenage Fanclub / Yo La Tengo - I Heard You Looking
Hüsker Dü - Don't Know Yet
The Smiths - Oscillate Wildly

how did i miss this the first time around!

inxs: three sisters
arcadia: rose arcana (the full version, not the chopped-to-bits version that made the album)
duran duran: tel aviv and tiger tiger
and of course, gotta love awb's pick up the pieces. (some trivia, since anyone who knows me knows i always do this: here's how i can connect average white band to duran duran: the drummer for average white band, steve ferrone, drummed for duran duran from 1986-1988.)

Oh yeah, and :

The Cure - Off to Sleep
R.E.M. - Endgame (does this count as an instrumental? it has "ahhh"s and stuff, so maybe not...) if not, I'll take "Zither"
pretty much everything off Eno's Apollo: Atmospheres & Soundtracks
Teenage Fanclub - Is This Music?
