He should use that as the cover of his fake Desert Island V list.

"Who buys U2 records anyway? It's just music for plumbers and bricklayers. Bono, what a slob. You'd think with all that climbing about he does, he'd look real fit and that. But he's real fat, y'know. Reminds me of a soddin' mountain goat."
"And as for Bono, he needs a colostomy bag for his mouth."

Don't worry baby, it's gonna be all right. Uncertainty can be a guiding light...

*takes a moment to unravel that sentence* ... eh.

Anyway, not a fan of ARATHH? I can't say it thrills me, but there are worse out there.
Oh, I thought you were implying "ha, so you DO think something's worse than One!"

ARATHH really bugs me. Firstly, it's dull, and secondly, those backing vocalists.

I once did a list of my ten least favourite U2 songs, but I'm buggered if I can remember it now. Stuck In A Moment and In A Little While were both below One in any case.

Crap, I'd better learn how to tune guitars by ear and change strings...

You may agree with me re: One, but I'm not sure I can forgive you for that.

Spanish Eyes, Treasure, Bass Trap, Luminous Times, The Three Sunrises, and Wild Irish Rose (which I know isn't a b-side, but hell, it's an eighties rarity at least) are all in my top 20 U2 songs.

My offer comes with all the Kiwi train books you care to read.

And if that doesn't sound good to you now, wait until I convert you to railfanism.

But that defeats the purpose, doesn't it? Because then I won't be there to witness what happens.
