How about Lemon Pledge? It contains more lemon juice than Country Time.
Don't think I'll be wanting to try that anytime soon. When I tried lemon Scrubbing Bubbles, it felt like they burnt a hole through my tongue.

They used to carry it here in MI back in the day when Snapple was riding it's huge wave of popularity. I had to have a friend smuggle in a case for me last Christmas from NY, so that shows you how scarce it's become.
