Hi, Violet
There's been a lot of talk about Lord of the Rings, but what about the man who started it all?

If a reclusive professor of languages, who rarely left Oxford in fifty years, could devote his life to the Middle Earth project (Lord of the Rings, the Hobbit, the Silmarillion, et al), there's hope for us all.

Maybe inspiration really does lie close to home.

Well, that didn't generate much conversation, did it? Illiterates!

Btw, there's no hope for me.

Ah, Klodomir, my very own Lemonade Stand life-support system!

Well, that's because noone could be bothered opening it to see what it was about. And voila!, it was the most topical topic of the month.

"He nailed your head to the floor?"

"At first, yeah."

It was more likely not what folks felt like discussing keiran. Not all are Tolkien fans after all, weird, I thought they would be too.

Honestly, my comment was tongue-in-cheek. I know not everyone here is a Tolkein fan, because nor am I, in any big way.

I just thought with all the talk of the movie, it might be semi-topical. I was wrong. Now can we just kill this?
