Can anyone recommend some online computer stores or websites that have fairly good deals or maybe comparative listings?

Also any recommendations for computer brands etc would be great too. Looking for a reliable pc that won't break the bank

They buy bulk from Fortune 500 companies and refurbish them, selling at incredibly affordable prices. You can find some great deals here. I bought from them a couple months ago and my "new" comp runs beautifully.

I will definitely buy from them again.

....I'm a Dell customer.
I've had nothing but great service thru them and their prodcut is very good.

....it also helps that my Corporation provides extra perks when purchasing thru them...

If you're looking for a standard, fairly reliable PC then you'd be okay going with one of the big manufacturers. I am currently using a nice HP computer that has given me no problems.

I just bought ans E machine from Best Buy and not only was it affordable-about $500 after rebate it is a great computer. I brought my computer geek friend along with me just to be sure and he compared all the name brads with this one and for the price my E machine was just as good for cheaper.
