How do I make it run faster?

Someone once said: (A computer wizard, no doubt)
"Limit the number of doo-hicky pics in the bottom R corner of your screen . . . ."
but I am a computer nitwit, and am unable to consider the linguistics within--due to the mere complication spoken of henceforth.
It is insurmountable unless you are a computer genius.

download Adaware and remove all spyware and adware

go to the Control Panel and remove/uninstall any unused programs in Add/Remove Programs

go to the Startup folder in Programs and delete any programs you don't want to run on startup

buy more RAM

Buy a new motherboard with a new processor that has a higher mHz value. Or, get a higher speed video card such as an ATI Radeon and the buy loads of heatsinks, attach, then go into the BIOS and overclock your video card and processor.

make sure it eats healty, trains for a couple of hours a day....and your pc should be ready for athens!
