Coldplay + Brian Eno = Something awesome

The friendliest place on the web for anyone that follows U2.

If you don't have "I Ran Away," a b-side from "The Scientist" single, download it...One of their best IMO.

Well lookee here. I just made X&Y a great album using only songs from those sessions!

It's not that it's a bad album. It's just that it was poorly executed and some of the strongest songs (How You See The World, Talk demo, Gravity) didn't make the final cut when they should have.

The B-sides to X&Y put the album tracks to shame, really.

I like Things I Don't Understand and The World Turned Upside Down as well.

Who owns a record player and is under 45?

Whoever thought up that idea is fucking retarded.

no shit!

Who has a record player still let alone one that is still hooked up to their stereo system..

stupidest idea IMO...

I guess we can buy it and just stare at and pretend it's playing music on the imaginary record player that I have in my living room.:|

do coldplay really need a singles collection with only three albums anyway?

I don't know most of Coldplay's b-sides, but I have the song "Careful Where You Stand" which was a b-side to Shiver I think, and it's one of my favourite Coldplay songs. Better than anything on Parachutes besides Don't Panic.
