You sure you'd want to be paying child support to half the mothers in Ireland?

"Who buys U2 records anyway? It's just music for plumbers and bricklayers. Bono, what a slob. You'd think with all that climbing about he does, he'd look real fit and that. But he's real fat, y'know. Reminds me of a soddin' mountain goat."
"And as for Bono, he needs a colostomy bag for his mouth."

Bollocks... I know there are others who like Love Rescue Me, so there.

(I would have said "love" rather than "like", but it would look weird... "who love Love Rescue Me"... eh.)

Whee, rambling!

Now I've found "3 days in the life of a supergroup" - What U2 did in Adelaide during ZooTV. My edited highlights...

Sunday, they arrived, went to the hotel, had dinner in Boltz in Rundle St and played pool.
Larry rode his Harley with his minder.

Monday: Bono and Edge went wine tasting in the Barossa (at Rockfords).
Larry rode his Harley with his minder.

Tuesday: They played the gig.

Wednesday: "The band left Adelaide"

I don't think he does, so he gets nothing from me.

Well, I don't think ANYONE needs botox. Although it would be hilarious if Mick Jagger or Keith Richards got it.

For some reason, I really thank you for this. Now it's going to be awesome just being on Rundle St.

Boltz, though? It actually sort of rings a bell, but it must have closed by now?

The tutor that U-Wen and I had in last semester's Terrorism course used to work for the CIA, and one thing he specialised in was biological and chemical weapons. Knowing what he knows about this stuff, he just cannot believe that there are people out there stupid enough to pay to have botulinum toxin injected into them.

And I love how RANDOM that performance of THBAO is. It hadn't been played for 4.5 years and it hasn't been played since! (Though I've heard mutterings that they apparently considered it for Elevation.)
