No, I love Walk On live. But Kite was even more phenomenal on Vertigo's fifth leg.

Also, when I heard the full electric Walk On in Brisbane, it was just a bit odd having it in the middle of the main set. The acoustic Walk On a couple of weeks later in Auckland fit into the middle of the main set much better, though isn't as good overall.

"Who buys U2 records anyway? It's just music for plumbers and bricklayers. Bono, what a slob. You'd think with all that climbing about he does, he'd look real fit and that. But he's real fat, y'know. Reminds me of a soddin' mountain goat."
"And as for Bono, he needs a colostomy bag for his mouth."

I thought Walk On was amazing live. I'm just not knowledgeable on their live repertoire to actually comment on the posed question

It's interesting...Kite improved from the Elevation tour to the Vertigo tour, and Walk On got worse. I still think it would have an incredible punch if they were to put it in the right spot.

Temple Bar mix of WGRYWH pisses me off now for whatever reason. The original is so much better.

The Boston DVD is pretty terrible and I have to admit that performance of Walk On has made me really dislike the live versions of the song.
