Some of the covers were good, but I had to say the cover ofLondon Calling was just scary, it was like Britney Spears trying to be punk:tsk: But otherwise some of the covers were good...

Which accoding to most reviews I have read is not worth the time. Anyway to stay on topic, what's everyone's favourite Clash tunes? I haven't listened to them in ages, but I can list:

Complete Control
Career Oppurtunites
Rudie Can't Fail
London Calling
London's Burning
White Riot
Hammersmith Palais
Train in Vain
Magnificent Seven
Rock the Casbah
Should I Stay Or Should I Go (hey it's catchy!)
Clash City Rockers
The Guns Of Brixton
The Card Cheat

as some of my favourites. I guess my favourite Clash release is the live album, the versions on those are so energetic. I haven't listened to studio Train in Vain and London's Burning since acquiring that live album.

There was a tribute album, London Burning I believe, that had lots of big name bands on it.

Actually it was Bruring London and it was wierd. I do howver love the cover of Guns of Brixton that the dropkicks do on the new one. My favorite Clash songs of the moment are:
Rudie Cant Fail (its my theme song, oh and sorry there are no apostrophies on Czech keyboards)
Train In Vain
Know Your Rights
Spanish Bombs
Every little bit hurts (how bitter am I)
Wrong em boyo
Guns of Brixton

They are the only band that matters people!
