X&Y could've been a classic, them Coldplay boys sure have an aptitude for writing great tunes...

I agree with you, I personally didn't mind X&Y I think it suffered because it was the follow up to A Rush Of Blood To The Head.

AROBTTH was almost flawless IMO and the anticipation for X&Y was pretty overwhelming, it's hard to duplicate that, let alone surpass it...

I wonder if Coldplay fans are as divided over X&Y as U2 fans are over HTDAAB or say... Pop for example?
