Children of Men

I just saw this movie today, and, I implore all of you to go see it.

It's so good, on so many levels, I was really blown away.

A thriller, thought provoking, intelligent, surprising, well acted....just loved it.

Just the imagining of dystopian London, the bringing to life the imagery from the book is reason enough to see and applaud the film.

Anyway, I hope some of you are able to go see it, I think it opened in limited release.

I've been waiting since last Spring for this
since I first read about it in a magazine

Alfonso Cuaron is a pretty darn good director from the few movies of his that I've seen but even better is Julianne Moore and the wonderful Clive Owen, plus I finally got to see the trailer about a month ago and it looks fantastic!

It IS fantastic, you need to go see it. Owen is my favorite current actor, he does such a good job of being the hero in this film without it being a Hollywood cliche'd sort of hero....hope you get to see it soon and enjoy iy.

Loved it. Unfortunately it tanked box office wise in Australia.

There was definitely great music, and, my audience definitely noticed and laughed at the Pink Floyd reference....that was an odd scene, actually, really enjoyed it.

Terrific movie. Clive Owen was amazing, and Cuaron did a great job directing. There were some awesome shots throughout. The boat in the heavy English fog was perfect.
