We bought tickets to see Cher this Saturday and are very much looking forward to it... although her farewell tour seems to be going on for like 4 years

What surprised us is that the opening act for Cher are the Village People???!!! I had no idea that these guys would still be around... I imagine that they will look quite funny as they are 25 years older and would probably still wear those nasty costumes...

Has anyone seen them on stage?

Macho, macho, man.... :eeklaugh:

Maybe it's made up of new guys...or they use the same plastic surgeons Cher does?

But somehow Cher and The Village People together just seem so appropriate.

Conan O Brien called it 'The Gayest Show On Earth'. :eyebrow:

...But yeah, I think there's a few new guys in The Village People.

On a side note, my mum was watching this disco special on PBS the other night, and when the Four Seasons came on, it was a bunch of Nsync-age guys, ...and then Frankie Valli. :| Weird, to say the least.
