Rumors say Sony wants to drop her, but for what I know it could be all mktg.

Celine has a guaranteed $100 million contract singing a few hours/week in Vegas (90 minute show x 5 shows/week x 4,000 seats/show x up to $200/seat), so she can "retire" from recording and make yet another comeback after the Sony dust settles. I wouldn?t go to that show though, I prefer to gamble.

four thousand people coming into las vegas five times a week to see celine dion sing. great. just what this place needs, more tourists with no taste...
