set nl record for k's by reliever with 154 or 157 i forget which.

he avg almost 15 k /9 ip.

steve lyons is throwing out incorrect facts... kevin mcgreynolds was not on the '86 mets... he didn't come to the team until '87... not that that matters or anyting.
