Been was an amazing lyricist.

Very interesting and smart music alloyed with genuine passion.

They were one of Bono's favorite bands, he did a few rtecordings with them.

Maybe an Alarm-Clash-R.E.M-U2, sound.

Under appricated for what they did.

Definately never heard of Bono recording anything with a band called Call...

The Call were great, I always like Michael Been's voice.

Bono sang background on 'What's Happened to You' which IMO isn't a great song.

Another song to check out has Jim Kerr and Peter Gabriel on background vox called 'Everywhere I Go' which is a pretty kick ass song.
