I'll be up with the sun, I'm not coming down...
Today I was out shopping and came across a discounted copy of the SONGS book, hardcover, including the "Tracks" sample cd. :D

I have poured over this book since I got it (also a very cool book with essays on the 70's from Rolling Stone for $3.99!) and that led me to wonder, what other good books about Bruce are out there? Such as bios and the like?

I know that with anyone like him (think U2) there are going to be piles, and only maybe a select few that are worthy.

Anyone have any suggestions?
:D:D:D

I remember one subtitled "The Promise of Bruce Springsteen"

Another was somethin aboot the Making of Bruce Springsteen

BTW SONGS ROCKSSSSSSS

I am currently reading "The Rolling Stone Files: Bruce Springsteen". It is a compilation of articles, interviews, reviews, etc from 1973-whenever the Tom Joad album was reviewed.

I'm learning a lot from it, and highly recommend looking for it at the bookstores or at the nearest library.
