I guess the only thing "good' about this story is that if you thought your life sucked, compare it to Britney's and you'll realize yours is not so bad.
 
Britney needs to be locked up! She gets to be more of a freak as time passes. With her stupid antics I cannot imagine her being a good mother/role model to those two adorable little boys she gave birth to!

Spears accused of making death threats to photog

LAS VEGAS, Nevada (AP) -- Britney Spears threw a baby bottle and threatened two photographers after they took pictures of her leaving a Las Vegas spa, the photographers said in a statement Tuesday.

Britney Spears allegedly yelled "I am going to kill you!" at a photographer.

Spears yelled "I am going to kill you!" and cursed at Andrew Deetz, a photographer who says he was beaten by Spears' bodyguard on Thursday, according to a statement released by Deetz's lawyers.

Deetz, 24, is preparing to sue, his lawyers said. The other photographer involved was Kyle Henderson, 23. They both work for a celebrity photography company called Flynet Pictures, which sells to such publications as People and US Weekly, according to Daniel Kogan, a spokesman for Deetz's lawyers.

The men were taking pictures of Spears, 25, as she and her children -- 22-month-old Sean Preston Federline and 10-month-old Jayden James Federline -- left the spa at the Wynn Las Vegas casino-hotel around 11:30 a.m., accompanied by two bodyguards.

One bodyguard, Cesar Julio Camera, 37, pushed Henderson against the wall until Wynn security intervened and asked Henderson to leave, the statement said.

As they were about 30 paces away and walking in the opposite direction, Camera attacked Deetz from behind, threw him on the ground and punched and kicked him until security pulled him off, it said.

Afterward, Spears ran toward Henderson but was stopped by security, and then threw a baby bottle at him, it said.

Then, in front of several other hotel guests and bystanders, Spears threatened to kill Deetz and said he should get a restraining order against her because she was going to kill him or hire someone that would, it said.

Camera also told Deetz on July 23 outside the Lisa Kline boutique in Beverly Hills, "I have unfinished business with you," the statement alleged.

Spears' lawyer Gary Stiffelman declined to comment.

Wynn Las Vegas released a statement confirming that Spears stayed at the hotel and left on Thursday, but also declined to discuss the confrontation.

"We respect the privacy and do our utmost to maintain the anonymity of our guests," it said.

Las Vegas police issued a summons for a charge of battery to Camera, the only person cited. He could face up to six months in county jail and a $1,000 fine if convicted.

Stiffelman's office would not relay messages to Camera seeking comment, and The Associated Press was unable to find a phone number for him.

what seems sad to me about these young "celebrities" who have shown such a problem dealing with the paparazzi is they wish they could be left alone...then do these crazy-ass things that makes the photographers come after them even more....then they bitch about having their pictures taken...there are PLENTY of celebrities who live their lives out of the lime light...it is a CHOICE to be out there constantly
 
Kevin Federline has filed an order to show cause for primary physical custody of his two sons with ex-wife, Britney Spears, according to a source.

The documents were filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday by Federline's lawyer, according to the source.

Spears and Federline's divorce was finalized less than two weeks ago. At the time, the couple agreed to split custody 50-50 of Sean Preston, 22 months, and Jayden James, 10 months.

But a source close to Federline told PEOPLE that the would-be-rapper was worried Spears was exposing the boys to "unnecessary risk" and that his lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, "hopes to get Kevin primary custody."

In June, when the couple were wrangling over their divorce settlement, Federline was still resisting signing the papers over growing concerns about Spears' erratic behavior.

Spears, who spent a stint at Promises rehab center, has been a fixture on the nightclub and party scene. The news of Federline's request for primary custody comes as photos have surfaced of his ex-wife reportedly topless in a hotel pool.
 
Britney is a mess. I've been reading about all the crazy stuff she's been doing. I think she's highly unstable and I actually think Kevin should have full custody right now.

So, it seems like the girls like Britney and Lindsay, who didn't grow up rich and were thrust into the spotlight by their parents at a young age, really have serious deep-seeded issues and are going to require a lot of therapy if they ever want to come out of it.

The girls who were born into priveledge, like Paris and Nicole, actually seem more together and are just acting out, out of boredom or stupidity.

I'm still not sure which group of girls i dislike more. I feel more sorry for Britney and Lindsay. But i still think it's time they start taking responsibility for their own lives.

that's a good point, didn't really think of it like that before. problems aside, you'd think that Lindsay and Britney would appreciate the fame/wealth more because they didn't have it before, i.e. they know what it was like before without the money and success.
 
I think some of those Allure photos are very pretty, especially this one. They are definitely highly retouched, but all the pictures in those women's magazines are.

I agree, but I think those have been retouched to the point of being unrecognizable. If I didn't know it was her before hand, I never would have guessed.
 
Remarkable how young women who have "everything" can still have incredibly low self-esteem about themselves.

NEW YORK (AP) -- Another day, another bit of bizarre Britney behavior.

The cover of the September issue of Allure magazine features Britney Spears posed provocatively in jeans and dark brown wig, her bare breasts covered by her arms. There are two similar shots inside the mag. She very cooperatively posed for the shots in April.

When it came to sitting for the interview she had also agreed to, that became a much different matter.

"Britney showed up for Allure's cover shoot on time and ready to work," editor-in-chief Linda Wells wrote in an a letter for the issue, on newsstands Tuesday.

"She was entirely unself-conscious: She took off her wig and then stripped down to the waist, for no apparent reason, before sitting for hair and makeup," Wells said. "She was agreeable and cooperative on the shoot and left at the end of the day, followed by a trail of paparazzi."

As for the interview that was to follow, the 25-year-old Spears missed four appointments with Allure interviewer Judith Newman, Wells said.

At one point, Spears put off the chat because she was "delayed by important work in the recording studio," Newman wrote. But, she added, "The paparazzi found her a few hours later at a salon, getting her nails done."

What do you do when you have no profile to accompany some alluring photographs? Newman wrote a first-person essay about her experience trying to track down Spears.

"Britney has long lost her role-model status," Wells commented. "That dream of a comeback seems to occupy an ever-more-distant speck on the horizon."

August 17, 2007 -- MTV and Britney Spears are in talks to give the troubled singer a chance to mount a comeback using the upcoming "Video Music Awards" telecast.

Officially, MTV declined to confirm or deny the buzz.

But production sources say they are in "deep discussions" about how to handle a performance by the fallen pop star.

The offbeat awards show could serve as a perfect platform to re-launch Spears' sputtering career, which has been badly overshadowed by her increasingly raucous personal life.

The VMAs, one of cable TV's most-watched events every year, usually strives for some type of newsworthy stunt. In past years, the show introduced the newly wed Michael Jackson and Lisa Marie Presley to the world and made headlines with the Madonna-Britney kiss.

The awards show is set to air Sept. 9 from Las Vegas.
