there was an xfiles episode with something like that in was the one with the freak show at the circus...yeah, anyways...

I have heard of similar cases before. I think one of them was about this lady who had a huge tumour on her neck or somewhere around there and when she went under surgery, they discovered that inside the huge lump there were teeth and little bones that belonged to her twin sibling.

I wouldn't get worked up about it. The fact of the matter is that *everything* in regards to the human body is variable. Thus, everything is possible.

I recently read an article about this kind of situation. A surprisingly large number of pregnancies begin as twins and end in the birth of only one child. Usually the other child is absorbed by the mother's body very early along in the pregnancy.

It's unfortunate for the seven year old boy, but to say he was pregnant with his twin brother is a little over the top.
