yeah, i agree. it hasn't aged well at all; most fans, even on here, seem to rank it pretty low these days. and the mastering...ugh. loudness wars ftl

it is great live though, i loved seeing it with the lighted curtain and stuff
Hah, no, I just dry it quickly because I can't tolerate wet hair. I don't feel dry until my hair is dry.

Yeah, I think HTDAAB would be a much better album if only the production were better and it weren't so loud that it molests my ears. Certainly some of its material is actually quite good once it gets on stage, e.g. COBL and LAPOE.

Ian McCulloch the U2 fan:
"Who buys U2 records anyway? It's just music for plumbers and bricklayers. Bono, what a slob. You'd think with all that climbing about he does, he'd look real fit and that. But he's real fat, y'know. Reminds me of a soddin' mountain goat."
"And as for Bono, he needs a colostomy bag for his mouth."

OH my God! Bonnie! This Teodor dies strip! I was reading the comments on it, and they pointed out this:

Date: December 28, 2001

April 28th, 2005

That is made of so much win.

it doesn't bother me much that mine takes forever to dry. i shower in the morning when i wake up, so it can just dry all day. some days if i go straight to work without stopping for lunch, people think i got caught in a rainstorm because my hair will still be soaked

and i agree. it's just so damn loud. but the songs really are better live (aside from weh which really can't be helped)

Well, as soon as you leave, chances are I'll finally bugger off to have that haircut, so I imagine you might want to stay longer to protect the precious 'fro.
