Actually, I don't think it can be shut down. The site only provides links to sites containing MP3's, they don't have MP3's themselves. A short while ago, the Dutch court (the site is Dutch by the look of the address) ruled that those kinds of sites aren't illegal.

You can get adsl for about the same price with a 512 modem. We don't have cable either, but we got adsl through Telstra.
