Real men prefer natural boobs.

Personally I can not wait to have a boob job. First I need a job with insurance though. See the boob job I'm going to get is a reduction. I feel far too large, my back hurts and I have indentations on my shoulders from where my bra straps have been. When you have a reduction they do a lift too. You can bet your ass that I'm terrified to do it but I don't want to live the rest of my life in pain and not fitting into clothes looking like a porn star. My vainity will get the best of me though because I am going to ask for the doctor to construct a great pair of boobs for me. I want the 6 hours under the knife to be worth it.

Although I am against most cosmetic surgery procedures, I totally agree with you on this issue. A breast reduction has very little to do with vanity, its a comfort and health related issue. I also have pretty large boobs and have constant backaches and grooves in my shoulders. Clothes don't fit right and going bra-less is not an option.

I guess this is why I can't figure out why someone would purposely want extremely large breast implants. I guess they don't have to worry about gravity the way natural women do?

i would rather a woman have small breasts than big fake ones, and besides, why would you do that to yourself, it's not even safe

i myself want the reduction. i dont like large breasts on myself, it makes me feel overweight, my back hurts and im tired of men talking to my chest. i have nothing against boob jobs, if they look decent, done in good taste, i see no problems with it. yeah, i think some(not all)women who want the boob jobs feel like it will make them 'whole' so to speak...it seems like some women feel like they are less of a woman if they dont have larger breasts. its not just luring the men...its their self-confidence that they lack. i know that self confidence comes from within, blah blah blah...but if people dont look at you the same way you try to see yourself in a positive light, self esteem suffers alot. am i making any sense? i hope i made sense...thats just my opinion.

Reductions are a totally different situation. I agree with BAW; it's not a cosmetic thing, it's a health issue at that point.

I don't have any problem with someone having her breasts enlarged
if it really makes her feel that much better about her outward appearences that she is willing to face the medical risks then who am I to stop her
personally I don't think it really makes someone more attractive

Does anyone know what happens to these altered women when they start to age? Do their breasts stay the same? Wouldn't that look kind of...weird?

My mom's friend got a boob job last year...I hear they feel real. I would never spend money on something like that...I'd rather just take a nice vacation somewhere. Wish I had money to burn!

Fake boobs are just not right. They're always very obvious. They just seem to me to be a waste. Bigger isn't always better.

Truth is offensive.
I'm morally opposed to rape, and I would never rape anyone, but I think, ultimately, it's up to the rapist and no one else.

I'm almost ashamed to admit this but after I got my heart broken by someone who "was no longer attracted to me physically" I actually did some research on boob jobs and liposuction. I've since decided that that's a very bad idea, but I can understand why women go that way. When you're young, and dating not-so-nice people- it seems that personality doesn't matter that much, you either have to be really pretty, or have a great body. If you don't have either, it's really easy to be sucked into that kind of thinking.
