Join the club. I haven't even had dinner...didn't help when 8yr old threw up in front of me as I was serving it up.

I decided to make this "lazy lasagne" recipe. Turns out it's taken much longer than my regular lasagne to make, and won't taste as good, and apparently needs 40 minutes to cook! I'll check it after 20, since I did make it a bit smaller than the recipe called for.

And all that time spent chopping tomatoes got me to thinking, which in turn got me down.

my favourite lasagne recipe funnily enough tastes nothing like traditional lasagne. It's an English recipe (that's probably why!) and has copious amounts of red wind drool: ) and bacon etc....fucking yum. Oh and weirdly there's no basil etc in it!

All I have right now to show for my lasagne is that the roof of my mouth is burnt.

Wish this would hurry up and cook.
