blogs

So do any of you have a blog that you're willing to share with the rest of us? what is it? or what other blogs do you read that you recommend?

As a New Yorker, I also highly recommend gawker.com and gothamist.com

I have one that I try and put a funny or wacky or weird web site on everyday so everyone come visit and comment at www.beanbagcentral.com/jennyJenny's Sites.

How do you search for good blogs? I mean, where do you start? Is it all just totally random?

Kieran McConnville has quite the blog.

Check his journal for more disinformation.

I don't have a blog right now, but I'm very into reading blogs. My favourites are kottke.org and loobylu.com.

"Blog" is just another name for online journals, coined by Blogger.com -- it's short for "weblog". There's dozens of online journal services -- they all vary in customizability and how they work, but it's all the same general idea. In comparison to other services, like Blogger, Typepad, b2, Livejournal, etc., they are all more customizable than Interference's (although for some you have to pay to be able to customize).

I have one. It is www.livejournal.com/users/u2fanatic

I don't really post anything different in there than I do in my journal here, i basically just cut and paste and add elaborate on something, cause only my real life friends read the livejournal one, so they know more of what I am talking about.

I have a livejournal too, but I rarely if ever post there; I have no internet-savvy friends in real life and 90% of my online friends are here.

Nothing exciting, though.
