I found a glitch in the game. Right at the start, drop down and head to the upper left hand corner.

The blocks will never come near you until 10 seconds have passed.

I think the key is muscle memory.

The blocks, from what I can tell, follow the exact same path everytime.
Do it enough time, get yourself into some zombie like state, aka the zone, and you're there.
