Hmmm.....well, I guess there are biscuits and then there are biscuits and they come in an assortment of flavors and varieties. I took a trip over to Arnott's website and I learned something today: British and Aussie biscuits are more like cookies or crackers while American biscuits are more like a small cake of shortened bread leavened with baking powder or soda. I guess our biscuits are more similar to scones. Correct me if I am wrong.

Oh, that is a very terrible kind of biscuit, SoulfulMofo. A proper biscuit is not limp but rather light and flaky. I don't recommend limp bizkits.

I will have to agree with you hear, calluna. Biscuits should be flaky and light and Not limp, for a limp biscuit is not a happy biscuit
