i hated sylvia plath's book. i'm not actually that big into poetry besides e e cummings, i like emma lazarus and robert frost (out out is my favorite of his) and i liked the poem ax posted. i'm just more into song lyrics and novels.

I personally prefer modern song lyrics to most modern poetry. Who are your favorite lyricists then?

I awoke to find a voicemail. Someone found my wallet, saw my Target discount card, and called the store I work at. Last night when I was jogging, my wallet fell out of my pants. I'm really glad there are honest people left in this world.

That's awesome.

I spent years trying to get my parents to let me have a cell phone. I finally got one for Christmas in my freshmen year, and it got stolen out of my basketball locker two weeks later.

And I'm putting my 4 albums by The Cure onto my computer right now (I have the trilogy: Pornography, Disintigration, and Bloodflowers, and also the newest).

I'm between classes at school right now. And I just did terribly on a math test. :reject:

A good song for Axver's playlist might be Watching Me Fall by The Cure. It's depressing.

I really thought this thread would be done by the time I got back today.

I think the moral of my wallet story is to not take my wallet in my back pocket when I jog.

When I get home I really need to put it right in front of a heater or something.
