I love Fixing A Hole!

I like Lovely Rita but not as much as the other songs.

I love the namedrop of Fixing a Hole in Glass Onion, but that's about it.

It works with Sgt. Pepper, but as a standalone song (which is how I'm judging these tracks) it needs to go.

All IMO!

It's such a great album! Sometimes I even think it is not overrated like people think and that it may even be the greatest album they released. But it's so hard to tell with Revolver, Abbey Road, The White Album etc. all being so amazing. Come to think of it, Abbey Road has Come Together which I'm not a fan of. But I absolutely love the rest of the album.

You don't like Come Together?

One of the most kickass tracks in the history of rock, imo.

That shhhna-na-NA-na, shhhna-na-NA-na intro is the greatest intro to an album ever, imo.

All imo.

imo

It's such a boring start to Abbey Road. The album kicks in only with Something.

I have a strong dislike of Come Together, and I'm not really able to explain why.

I have that same unexplainable dislike for Happiness Is A Warm Gun.

I like Happiness is a Warm Gun solely for the background vocals.

"Hap-pi-neeeeess ... Bang, Bang, Shoooot, Shoot!"

That's hot

Please, please don't let LSD win, please! It's a good enough song but it's wayyy overrated...

The more I read the posts for these polls the more I realize this is going to be pretty brutal going into the White Album and Abbey Road.

I swear to god, if Rocky Raccoon or Octopus's Garden somehow wins I will kill myself!

I feel the same way about Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds.

Come Together has gotten really old for me lately. I always skip it when I listen to Abbey Road. Overplayed, I guess.

To be honest, I feel the same way about LSD. That voice gets annoying after a while.
Don't get me wrong, they are great songs but I just get tired of them faster than I do other songs.

Rocky Raccoon

Anyway, who is joining the "I will vote off everything, everything, even my next favorites, to save A Day In The Life" club?
