Hmmm...

BEST:

-Bono, naturally
-Simon & Garfunkel-their voices sound so soothing together...it's very relaxing listening to them sing.
-Norah Jones
-Fiona Apple (and her and Norah, one reason I like their voices is 'cause I can sing along to their songs and not sound off-key. Their voices are closer to my range, and they don't go obnoxiously high or extremely low)
-Beatles
-Tom Petty
-Johnny Cash
-Tori Amos
-Peter Gabriel
-Andrea Corr
-Sting
-Aretha Franklin
-Annie Lennox
-Jim Morrison
-Freddie Mercury
-Robert Plant
-Kate Bush
-Neil Young (puts a lot of emotion into his songs, which I like)
-Amy Lee of Evanescence

That's all I can think of at the minute.

WORST:

-Agree with the person who mentioned Aaron Carter-Lil' Bow Wow and the other kid artists like that can be added...they're just not good.
-Barbara Streisand (her voice seems...wobbly)
-Bob Dylan (love the guy's music...but his voice...course, then again, it works for the songs he does...)
-The lead singer of Godsmack...from the couple of songs I heard from them...it sounds like he's screaming the lyrics and it irritated me.
-Keith Richards (again, love the music, just not a fan of the voice)
