If there was, then that is the worst album title.

When The Pawn Hits The Conflicts He Thinks Like A King What He Knows Throws The Blows When He Goes To The Ring There's No Body To Batter When Your Mind Is Your Might So When You Go Solo, You Hold Your Own Hand And Remember That Depth Is The Greatest of Heights And If You Know Where You Stand, Then You Know Where To Land And If You Fall It Won't Matter, 'Cuz You'll Know That You're Right.

The Slackers - Wasted Days
Beck - ODELAY! (damn that's cool)
The Beastie Boys - Hello Nasty
The Clash - Combat Rock

Good titles :

Unforgettable Fire ( good, small , crisp, compact and forceful name )
The Wall ( solid )
Ok Computer ( different , sarcastic)
Drops of Jupitar ( good metaphor)
Black Celebration (dark)
The Joshua Tree ( no reason

)
Pop ( sarcasm)

Bad Titles :

Automatic for the people (whats this)
Out of time ( and this)
ATYCLB ( longish)
Ummagumma ( what the heck )
Zooropa ( U2 again )
Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band ( too stylish)
Standing On The Shoulder Of Giants (this one too)
and Led Zeppelin 2 ,3 and so on
