Banjo

Anyone know of any good artists out there or tracks with the Banjo in it? After watching that temple bar mix of the Edge and Bono for Vertigo I would like to listen to other tracks from other artists with the banjo in it.

Are you familiar with Sufjan Stevens? He uses the banjo extensively, bless his heart.

Bela Fleck and the Flecktones if you're up for some virtuosic jazz/funk/bluegrass fusion.

I think the Stanley Brothers have a banjo on their records. Even if they don't, they're worth checking out.

That opening bit in 'I Believe' by REM.

Not sure if that's a banjo but it's sure pretty cool.

Shearwater's song 'Red Sea, Black Sea' is quite banjo-y. In a good way.

Hi Yertle.

Here is some banjo

He was the first opener at a show the other night and the crowd was screaming for more, don't think i've seen that before.
