Now that I think of it U2 and The Stone Roses are probably the only two bands where I have heard 95%+ of their officially released songs. I'm not really a completist I tend to buy a lot of 'best ofs'.

same here.

starting off on the new/minor bands that only have one or two albums so it's pretty easy to have heard everything:
- the bravery
- the dolphin brothers
- fiona apple
- franz ferdinand
- i am the world trade center
- interpol
- joy division
- scissor sisters
- stimulator
- vhs or beta
- wham!

and more established artists with more albums:
- the cranberries
- crowded house
- david sylvian
- depeche mode
- duran duran (including all their side groups and solo efforts)
- inxs
- japan
- led zeppelin
- new order
- no doubt
- the police
- roxy music
- split enz
- sting
- sugar ray (i don't like them anymore though)
- talking heads
- tears for fears
- U2

U2
R.E.M.
The Cure
The Replacements (This is sort of pathetic because I've heard almost all of their UNofficially released stuff, but there's still one official album I haven't heard.)
