i gotta admit...that album gets regular play in my house...
now i'm on the hunt for "Reckoning"...

go out and get the Grey Whistle Test dvd!!!
not only is U2 on it circa 1981 doing I will Follow..oiy the hair
but REM is on it too!!
they do a wonderful Moon River/Pretty Persuasion and my god Stipe actually has hair in this one.

I quite like Reveal as well. It's better than Up. I've been high is very very good, and many of the other songs are quite lovely as well, like beat a drum.

OMG, I love Automatic For the People. An absolute masterpiece. As for best REM album it's a tossup between this one and "Murmur".
