This show is soo crap. I used to like it years ago, but it's so over the top and corny!! One of the gladiators' names is Destiny... and when she won one of the challenges she goes "Well the challanger fought really hard, but it wasn't her destiny, like it was my destiny to hang up there in heaven..."

I did read the very first male contestant on Gladiators this season actually did a whack off video for a gay site a few years back...

Of course it's cheesy, that's the point. There's even a wise Asian stereotype as one of the gladiators that poorly adlibs Confucian sayings. It wouldn't be half the show if the gladiators weren't inept at public speaking and bad actors!

A very good show.
