With the other morally corrupt bootlicking rubes.
a little news item from rolling stone re: Audioslave's new album...

AUDIOSLAVE are in Los Angeles working on the follow-up to their
2002, self-titled debut. The group has nineteen tracks in the
works, and guitarist TOM MORELLO says they're writing "a song a
day." "There's a breadth and a depth to the music that makes it
inspiring to show up at rehearsal every day," he told Rolling
Stone. "There's ferocious, ripping, riff rock & roll and there's
some stuff that sounds like Audioslave meets [U2's] 'Joshua Tree.'
It's pretty diverse and beautiful."

Fah, they toured with the last CD too, although it was incredibly small venues in very select cities. I'm hoping for something a bit more this time...*fingers crossed*

They also did Lollapalooza last summer, playing amphitheatrers.

Anyway, I hope this doesn't turn out like the last *coughCreedcough* album that was compared to Joshua Tree before its release. Of course in that case I believe the clowns in Creed declared it their Joshua Tree themselves.

Thanks.

I don't mind smaller venues as long as I can get tickets. I don't have any concert tickets for summer shows yet.

Joshua Tree? Hmmph... Grandiose statement?

Audioslave has got competition... can they match any of this? I don't think so...
