Bent - downloaded some stuff but haven't listened to it yet :/. They sounded cool

Bowie - really dig his new album, saw him live this summer with Moby and Tiesto. Very cool.

BT- wicked shit, my favourite of the B-bunch

overall can't think of too many B artists that I'm very fond of.

Before we get too far from A, I have to recommend the band AIM. They have one album that's really hard to find, but I managed to download it from kazaa.. it's very very downtempo hiphop (not triphop though) and it's really excellent.

I also forget to mention
Beck!

I'm not normally a fan but the last album is very very good!
some people over at the elliott smith message board argue that it's the best album thus far in 2002!! (hmmm...I dunno...)

I'll second Badly Drawn Boy. it took me awhile to get into it, but that's some amazing music, with beautiful lyrics and acoustic guitar.

I will second:

The Beatles....(where would be be without the lads from Liverpool?)

The Beach Boys when you're in that happy-go-lucky kinda mood

Black Rebel Motorcycle Club

The Byrds - Greatest Hits (there weren't many, but Turn Turn Turn is such a cool song)
