I don't think I could live anywhere else in Canada than here in Vancouver (maybe Montreal...but, ugh, the winters).

The beaches, the mountains, the sushi, the great local music scene...all that and Todd Bertuzi to boot.

I am tired of Denmark. Its a beautiful country and my friends and family live here but i need a change. I have made some big plans, but moving to another country requires alot of cash. But i am working hard on making it happen.

I love where I love in north Orange County. We're not quite as affluent as our neighbors to the south but we live comfortably for the most part. My city is still small enough to feel homey...you are guaranteed to see someone you know at the grocery store, the post office, the bank, etc. so you don't feel disconnected like in some bigger cities.

It is a bit boring but we're just minutes from the beach, the mountains, amusement parks, shopping malls, hiking trails, museums, parks. Its a great place to live.

We're actually reconsidering a move to Palm Springs next year because we would miss living here so much.

I like where I live.

Wow, I loved reading all your replies! For those of you that are unhappy, just remember that the grass is always greener on the other side. As nbcrusader said, the key is to find joy wherever you live.

I love where I live. U2 started their Vertigo tour 20 minutes from my home and played again 2 nights later! Then a few days after they played 2 gigs 100 miles up the road!
Aside from that the weather is perfect and the Pacific is beautiful.

I do like Toronto, but I've lived in 4 different countries and multiple cities, so for me, moving around is a constant state of affairs.

We have everything here - only NYC, LA and Chicago are bigger cities in North America (excluding Mexico) and the diversity is great, really great food for cheap if you're willing to hunt around the neighbourhoods.

I do hate the weather, however. I want a Mediterranean climate, like that of my childhood.

Edit:

fah, how do you like the UBC campus? I'm thinking of applying to a professional program there next fall.

i have to admit i actually do like where i live [san diego] and i never cared for it until i went to live in north CA, where the weather was always cold and rainy, it was small town where everything closed tooo early, town people were not friendly and overall it was very dull [but the scneary was nice]. now i loove san diego, theres stuff to do, good historic places, despite being a major city it is still green, nice weather, beaches, diversity!!
i would like to travel in the US just to visit new places like Chicago, NY, New Orleans.
